These ambient tracks were written with healing as the main focus - each of them contains Solfeggio tones - sacred frequencies said to have originated in the 11th century through the innovations of an Italian Benedictine monk: Guido of Arezzo.

Historically used in Gregorian Chants, they make up an ancient 6-tone scale - each tone is comprised of a frequency that balances our energy and keeps our body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

Some of the tracks are also tuned to 432hz - a frequency that has been shown to be deeply healing and nourishing.

If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or just plain exhausted, simply pop the tracks on and let the sounds do their work.

Pop it on before bed and fall asleep to it for a deep, restful and truly healing sleep. Or, lay in Shavasana for the duration of one or more tracks, in a state of total relaxation for a quick pick-me-up.
